Our History
TAC Construction started off in 1996 as a family business with two brothers Tobey and Corey Tennison. Their ambition and skill was recognized by the best custom home makers in Central Oregon and soon they were framing the biggest and most expensive custom homes in and around Bend Oregon.
Part of their success can be attributed to Tobey’s expertise with structural engineering and they even expanded their focus to other ventures including TAC Welding in 2002.
Their reputation after only 3 years in business was so renown that the owner of Kewitt Commercial construction wanted them to build his personal residence, a 23,000 sqft home. After that, we build the personal residence of John Carter of Becktal Construction in 2002.
In 2025, Corey Tennison passed away and his legacy has given Tobey the resolve to keep growing TAC Construction into the premier luxury home builder of Oregon.
