Our History
TAC Construction Inc. started off in 1996 as a family business with two brothers Tobey and Corey Tennison. Their ambition and skill was recognized by the best custom home makers in Central Oregon and soon they were framing the biggest and most expensive custom homes in and around Bend Oregon.
Part of their success can be attributed to Tobey’s expertise with structural engineering and they even expanded their focus to other ventures including TAC Welding in 2002.
Their reputation after only 3 years in business was so renown that the top executive of Kiewit Corporation wanted them to build his personal residence, a beautiful luxury home near Sisters Oregon. After that, we built the personal residence of the president of Bechtal Construction in 2002 in the exclusive Crosswater community South of Bend, Oregon. This project took place during the cleanup of the World Trade Center tragedy.
TAC Construction Inc. specializes in realizing the construction goals of exclusive clients with big visions of luxury homes.
In 2025, Corey Tennison passed away and his legacy has given Tobey the resolve to keep growing TAC Construction Inc. into the premier luxury home builder of Central Oregon.
