Baker Mixed Use Building in Sisters Oregon
One of our current commercial projects is the construction of the Baker mixed-use building, consisting of commercial ground floor, four second floor luxury living units, and two penthouse units. The Baker building is a 12,000 sqft building located on the main street in Sisters, Oregon.
We ran into some challenges as highway 20 is always busy and cannot be blocked or re-routed. To make this project a reality we worked alongside the ODOT night road construction crew to complete the front facade in record time.
