The Hutton Residence is an amazing 4 bedroom resort residence built on the most prestigious promontory point at the Brasada Ranch in Bend Oregon. We worked directly with the owner and architect to maximize the home’s exposure to the stunning panoramic view of the Oregon Cascades and the Central Oregon high desert.
The Hutton residence has elaborate structural steel beam work throughout the home. It has a clean contemporary design with ample views of the scenery. The patio is designed for the ultimate view of sunset over the Oregon Cascades. The landscaping incorporates the native high desert landscape.
The ambitious architectural goals required TAC construction to utilize their vast experience in creating a matrix of iron beams designed to give the large scale home the structural integrity needed, while also being elegant. Another feat of structural engineering involved the creation of 24 foot floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace as the centerpiece of the main room.
TAC Construction worked closely with Roszewski & Co architects to bring life to the homeowner’s vision. They also worked with KMR Interiors on the interior design and furnishings.
